I have psoriasis on my arms, legs, scalp and other places.

It affects my life where I can’t wear a dress or shorts. People stare. People actually have asked me why I never “dress nice” for church. It affects my sleep and itches, bleeds & flakes so much. The after affects of the new shots scare me! I have tried lots of things…creams, ointments, drops, lotions & changes to diet. The only thing that helps in sun or tanning beds. Living in Canada makes it even worse and tanning is so expensive. If I had my own canopy tanning bed it would change my life! I’m not fair and do not burn easily and have tanned off and on for years. I would use it responsibly. Won’t someone please help me stop suffering so much with this? Tanning beds help! It would be under 1,500.00 I believe. Please don’t reply selling snake oil, I can’t afford it anymore.

Wait, I live in Canada too and my boyfriend has psorisasis and he gets his light booths for free? Have to talked to a dermatologist? He just has to walk into the dermatologist office and tell them he needs lights. Then goes into the booth, and does that every second day for free.

Sorry I have tried lots of expensive topicals but fear the after affects of the injectables. I have no prescription benefits, no drivers license and the closest dermatologist would be about 45 minutes from me. Not convenient for every other day light therapy. It would take me a year to get a full license and I need help now. I know what works for me, I just can’t afford it anymore. I am hoping and praying to hear from anyone who can help me with a home tanning unit. It’s not a vanity thing for me. ):

Just FYI I have found portable canopies for less than $1,000 plus shipping. To some people that is not much, but to me it is right now. Here’s hoping someone will help me out with this. Praying for the right person to see this.
