You can always have feelings for someone, but if the other person doesn’t reciprocate, it’s useless. You just broke up and he is with another girl, so he is over you, he was probably over you a long time ago if he can just jump into another relationship. It’ll take time, but you’ll be over him too.

I’m assuming you are in your early teen years, maybe even 12. If so, do other things. This too shall pass. This guy isn’t your soulmate and you probably won’t even remember his name when you are 21.
