hi, i just wrote a poem for my mom, how does it sound to you?

It’s her birthday next week so i wanted to write her something she would be really proud of.

“More Than a Mom”

I wouldn’t be the girl I am today
Without your love along the way.
You’ve taught me so much
I couldn’t thank you enough.
So I guess that this will have to do
I’ll try and show my apprecaition for you.
But it will never add up to how much you mean to me.

You are who I want to be just like.
You’ve always helped me with tough times in life.

Especially the times I need you most
You talk to me and hole me close.
You tell me it’s okay to cry
and wipe the tear falling from my eye
You always know just how I feel
And wipe away just one more tear.

I can talk to you like I can with a friend
The only difference is I know you’ll be with me til the end.

With out you mom, who would I be?
A different person, just not me.

So thank you mom, for everything.
For being my bestfriend.
I love you more than everything.
