i have never been in love, or had anyone been in love with me.

i’ve never been in a relationship.

this is fine, although i get lonely sometimes. i do believe that everyone meets their great love once in their life, it’s just a matter of when. but im nearing 30. and while i still have a glimmer of hope that it could still happen.. i feel some sadness over the wasted years. it could have been fun to share the foolishness of your youth with someone special.. and now i can never have it.

just thinking aloud. :)

from the 40 year old version: dont put ***** on a pedestal.

love is not some great unimaginable thing that happens in an instant. it takes time and work. Love is very rarely love t first sight. next time u meet a girl that u think is attractive, ask he rout, spend time with her. let it flourish into love.

Ask the next attractive person out that you see, who knows, they might be the one! :) And don’t give up on it, love isn’t always instantaneous, you have to work for it in some cases, it all just depends on the other person
