Disorder help: I think I have S.A.D.- Seasonal Affective Disorder. - Help.com

I think I have S.A.D.- Seasonal Affective Disorder.

It means I get depressed in the winter. I don’t want to tell my parents because I can never have serious conversations with them… Should I get medication? Or what

The only medication is bright light for a minimum of one hour in every twelve.
Get a very bright light in your room and sit in front of it.

have it on a timer above your bed set for a few hours after you fall asleep and wear a blindfold, i feel less energy in the winter than i do the summer, it sucks but it makes the summer better when it comes round :)
