I’m really sad.
It’s an amazing feeling. Like someone dropped a crying baby in my arms and no idea what to do with it.
Excited, as its not depressed, not wanting to throw up, no overpowering urge to run up a mountain or solve a problem.
I’m really sad, like normal people feel. I guess anyway.
I must feel safe and connected enough to be able to feel sad.
