I’m really sad.

It’s an amazing feeling. Like someone dropped a crying baby in my arms and no idea what to do with it.

Excited, as its not depressed, not wanting to throw up, no overpowering urge to run up a mountain or solve a problem.

I’m really sad, like normal people feel. I guess anyway.

I must feel safe and connected enough to be able to feel sad.

——-

Thus ends today’s lesson in disassociative disorder.

If I was dancing in a club I’d give you a free one on one darling. That will make you feel better.

I’d give you a glimpse of my bro-lesque routine, half flagpole with full rotation, plus inverted slide.

But if you taught me a new move, and called me John instead, it might cheer me up.

Hope you cheer up. Everybody feels sad from time to time. It’s when you feel nothing at all that you need serious help.

Yep, but you rarely get to that point if there are people to help.

Hey, at least you let yourself feel sad. Too many people run away from the bad feelings and they catch up with you in the end… Being sad every now and then just means you have a heart.

Shocking how few people do…

I don’t know what I can say to make you feel better. I wish I could think of something.
