Ive lost every thing the wife is kicking me out I have

no friends no family I’m diasbled so I have very little money I have to sell the only way I have of getting any where and it’s miles between stuff her. she turned my kid against me her whole family is threating me what can I do?

Well she can’t really kick you out can she? Don’t you own part of the house or aren’t you on the lease? It takes a long time to get someone out of a house. Do not just leave until you have somewhere to go. Don’t you have a family you can stay with for a while? That is what they are for.

You’re a legal resident of the home, and you can stay as long as you don’t harm your wife. If she harms you, or tries to, you can call the cops and they will take HER away–lots of women are surprised that it can happen to THEM these days!

She can’t lock you out legally unless you’re a bonafide threat or you’ve legally separated.

Tell her you’re not going anywhere until she talks sense and in a civilized tone of voice!
