Holy crap. And I thought you were going to say you lost your homework again. That is way too young to have cancer. I will pray, it may even do some good.

ah jeeze. I don’t pray but I’ll send some good thoughts for him. I hope he pulls through. Be strong for him.
I’m very sorry to hear it mate, I wish him the best.
im with ralph, totally was expecting something different. sorry to hear of your unfortunate news. like tik said, be there for him, and be strong for him. the last thing he really wants is for people to be sad for him and sad around him. just keep putting a smile on his face! take care man!!
Seriously, think about why your friends are dying. Like linuxya says…
Do you live next to a nuclear reactor or high power lines or anything like that? This is out of the norm.

Nope, A town in oregon
Suckage. May God bring an end to your friend’s disease and bless the work of the doctors and the chemo.
My sister in law called me on the phone, it was 11pm several years ago, she had just been given the first of a number of chemotherapy sessions, she called be as she new I had been through it a few times.
I was reluctant to talk to her, I said she should not ask me for advice.
I really found it difficult, but she persisted.
I gave up and blurted it out.
“its the best thing that could ever happen to you”
I felt bad saying it even though it was true for me, what is good for me is not good for others.
I did not see her much again, as she lives miles away. But she was being very positive, she died.
I felt bad, was I wrong, she had died.
A memorial service was held for her a year after she died.
The priest said she had come to him and she had said something that he did not expect.
She had said “this is the best thing that could ever happen to me”
I was overcome with emotion, I realsed I had said the right thing, years before.
I am not saying this is true for your friend, but I dont feel the need to pray for him.
He is not the victim here, he has the strength, this is not necessarily bad.
oh, i was so sad to hear your news. I agree with dr ralph that it just isn’t fair that you have to deal with more than lost homework and pimples.
So I have prayed for you and your friend. I hope his treatment goes well and that the cancer will go into remission and he will be healed.
Davids Father just posted this
“Wow, long day. Just got home. Today we learned that David has Large B Cell Lymphoma. Still don’t know the stage it is in (all signs so far seem to indicated early and contained to the neck area). Today they did an exam, lab work, and a chest x-ray. We set up the appointment for Tuesday where they will do a bone marrow test and a spinal fluid test. With that they will put a treatment of chemo in his spinal fluid. He will be be put under for these tests. They are planning a few other scans of neck and abdomen. We really appreciate all your prayers. Please keep praying and pray that it truly is contained to the neck area, and/or that the cancer is completely eradicated.”
Hang in there…pray….i will keep you all in my prays!
omg mam thats realy bad i dont prey but i shal try
You got it. My heart goes out to him.

when you are there…do what you can. I know when you have to be away…you feel bad that you can’t help…but I am sure your friend appreciates what you do…when you are there. you could always shave your head and text him the pic.
I am so sorry, that is so horrible and at such a young age, I will say a prayer for him. Just be strong and happy around him. He has a difficult road ahead if he has to get chemo, but God won’t give him what he can’t handle. Just keep praying. And that was really nice for some of the church members to do.
Chemo is well underway, he has caught a strain of the flu that is putting him in serious condition, temp at its max was 107, been in the hospital forever
Aww =/ That sounds very tough. I hope you’re able to make it through this Igkn. Death… is a sad reality. But a reality nonetheless. I faced it often as a child, and I had to come to grips with it at an early age.
I have no advice for you on this, but I hope and pray that you grow stronger and are able to get through these tough times.
That’s good ^^
