Am i too skinny?

I dont mean to come across as some dumb girl trying to brag i just wanna hear different oppinions, im 5′7 almost 5′8 and a couple of years ago i used to wiight around 160 pounds i wasnt obese but i was a little overweight right nowim 125 pounds but truth is i dont think i did much to lose the weight it just happened naturally to me and now part of my family thinks i have an eating disorder which i dont really think i do, so i dont know i would like to hear oppinions and well yeah thanks!

i don’t think there’s really such a thing as “too skinny” or “too fat” as long as you’re healthy. bodies come in all shapes and sizes, so nothing is wrong.
you said you don’t think you did much to lose the weight? you didn’t change your diet in any way or start exercising or anything? losing that much weight without doing anything could be a health concern you don’t know about. you might want to consult your doctor, just to be safe :)

I am 5′10″ and went from 160 to 130 and got the same response from everyone…….I just wasn’t suppose to be 160 and that is why I lost it so easily (bad relationship). That being said, 130 was too skinny for me. 140 is better so if you feel skinny, maybe 130 would be more your style. I work out so muscle out weighs fat and the toner you get, the skinner you feel. That is what made me feel the best and I am very happy at 140.

Your probably not under weight if you are you are by a little bit in fact I would kill to weigh that much

oh man 5 8 and 125 is rather thin…some people are naturally skinny…who knows…just be comfortable with yourself…there are more important things in life then the number on a scale….

eat healthy food and exercise and eat junk food sometimes..its ok…just be happy and enjoy your life….enjoy moderation:o)

some men enjoy curves too I think…..
