PLEASE HELP ME!
I discontinued my AT&T service provider, and was told I had 30 days to get my e-mail 66 total. However that was 2 days ago and AT&T gave me a password. I cannot access my Yahoo mail again and have been trying to for several hrs and 4 different phone calls to AT&T. I am VERY frustrated with this system. The passwword doesn’t work and I CANNOT read my mail. I have changed my yahoo e-mail address so that I will never have to change my e-mail address again. Can you please help me to flip my e-mail from the AT&T account of (email removed) TO (email removed)? I have tried to phone your company to no avail as they have been saying all afternoon to go to yahoo Help.com. What can I do? 510 276-4331 Helen.
