I post this not because it’s good, but because I like to have any of my poetry on this site so I can later find them.
fill you up with energy when she’s around
Never leaving your thoughts when she’s not
It makes you so happy to have found
Someone like her
I don’t know what to do
I don’t know what to say
I don’t know what you want
But tomorrow is another day
Tomorrow is another chance to be with you
I dream tonight of the things we could do
Wishing you were here to make me feel warm
As I lay in my cold dark room
I Hope one day together we can bloom
Hope that one day our happiness takes a form
Take a chance with me and see what we can be
I’ll take a chance with you
I’m not afraid of what love can do
