Biggest problem will be transportation; getting back and forth from job site unless you can walk alone e.g. safe neighborhood.

Your changes are incredibly slim at 13. Best bet is family ties with baby-setting, and possibly a paper route.

With support from both parents you can deliver newspapers, walk neighbors pets, cut lawns, clean pools, wash cars. If you are slick with computers, be the local tech-support for simple problems.
