Internet help: Why can’t I watch videos, i.e. - Help.com

Why can’t I watch videos, i.e.

youtube, on my Samsung R375C mobile? It has a UC browser w/J2ME platform & specs say it supports 3pg video. When I try to download any type of software I get an error “unsupported content” & I get the error “file not supported” when I attempt to watch any video whether its flash or 3pg format. argh #@/%*@!!
My mobile service provider is Straight Talk. Did they block the video capability? If so…why would they be so down dirty & evil? Is there anything at all I can do to fix this?

I was using youtube as an example. But phone won’t even download flash converter (file not supported error). I can’t view ANY video format. Specs say 3pg is supported though.
