We need help buying a house.

My husband and I married very young and were not mature enough to understand the importance of good credit. We now have four wonderful children and have grown out of our rental house. The area we live in does not have many rentals, let alone large homes for rent. Our credit is not high enough for a mortgage and we desperately need a bigger home.My biggest dream is a home of our own for our children to grow up in and always be able to come back to. Does anyone know of alternative financing available to people in our situation.

You are going to have to do the “homework” first. Start paying off bad debts and try to re-establish a good payment history perhaps with a loan you currently have or even with a prepaid credit card. Mortgage companies will want 2 years of good credit history. It’s not a great answer but it is a worthy endeavor.

Hello valerie!

I am a Realtor & Mortgage Broker working out of California but we have branches in a lot of cities throughout the nation.

What state do you live?

Have you consulted with a mortgage company in your area and/or gotten your credit pulled. If you got your credit pulled I wonder aht your mid FICO score was.

You are also more than welcome to stop by my site and fill out a form so that I can pull credit for you. It is only $15.00 dollars and it can be for just the applicant or for both the applicant and co-applicant for the same fee.

Once, I see that I can analyze it and if it is something that we can do it ASAP, I will go ahead and start the paperwork upon your consent.

Worst case scenario, I’ll make a plan so that in a short/long future you guys can buy the home.

My site is: www.quidquo-realty-mortgage.com

There is an short and long form mortgage aplication there. I would like you to use the long form (full application).

By the way, what is the home price that you are considering and what is the monthly payment that you guys would like to make. Do you guys have some money that can be use for down payment and/or closing costs and/or appraisal and/or home inspection?

Please let me know at your earliest convenience.

Take care and God bless!

Luis
