Just calm down a little, drink something like gingerale or tea(but take little sips), and just let your body relax because the ache is most likely your body having freaked out and stuff (I forget the proper terms).

Well that just literally scared the crap out of me.
We have crazy winds outside right now. Crazy for NY anywho.
Well i had been laying down, minding my own business when i heard shattering glass. Of course emy mind jumps to the worst case scenario and i think some psychotic killer is breaking into my house to cut off my skin and wear it to their birthday party.
Turns out it was just the wind knocking over and breaking a vase we had sitting outside on the back porch.
Gosh though, i got so scared i nearly crapped my pants! LOL.
now i have a stomach ache. how do i get rid of it?
(i now permit you to laugh at me)
