All I seem attracted to is the same ethnicity of my ex, why?

Serious question.

I’ve always been attracted to asians but never seemed to care one way or the other. Now after my ex, that’s all it seems like I’m attracted to.

At first I thought that maybe because she was the first (in every way) that maybe it’s just a new found lust. Then it dawned on me that maybe it’s because I miss my ex, and I keep trying to find… well her. I hope that makes sense.

It didn’t end bad between us, but it was when we tried to remain friends that things became sour. Now we’re not even on talking terms but truth be told I do still miss her at times.
