My name is Anna Hendrix, I was going on yahoo messenger to talk with my daughter and a message said I needed the upgrade on messenger so when I did

the upgrade this box came up that said ( A network error was encountered) and it could not download and to retry the the download I did . I called frontier my phone company they said it had to be on your end,. My question for you is when can I download yahoo messenger. Thank you

All computer companies upgrade their products to the point that they no longer work. I had a Logitech webcam and it worked just fine. After about 20 upgrades (I have never seen a company want to upgrade their software like Logitech–unless it’s Adobe!), it wouldn’t work any more. I had to use Windows generic drivers.

I’d uninstall the messenger program and then reinstall it. That fixes 90 percent of the problems!
