I always think the worse of things and the craziest ideas. I constantly think people are talking about me and I feel like the whole world knows there’s a joke being played on me and it freaks me the **** out

I used to think the same thing - people are always talking about me, etc.
And if it was so (because in some cases it was so,) they could only be talking good or bad of me. If it was good, then it does me well. If bad. . .well, who ever gave a rats a$$ what other other people think anyway, right?
