Pleasure Without Conscience?

What is a good topic for this quote which was writin by mahatma gandhi?
Pleasure without Conscience means like when people do something to please themselves even if it is harming their or others lives without actually knowing it…
some examples are:
-taking drugs (the topic I already started doing)
-smoking
-sex before marriage
-skipping school; not doing your homework
-eating junk food for every meal
etc.
