Shipping US to UK

I’ve been looking desperately for a pair of trainers on the internet, I’ve had no luck so far, its really annoying. I’ve found them twice but both times they’ve been a different size than I am. I’ve found a website which has them in my size but they only ship to the US and I live in the UK.

Is there anything I can do to beat this?

While just try to search the website via some other keywords, like store of trainers in UK.
Usually, when you change the keyword, some different websites be displayed.
