Can energy drinks cause problems…

With my bowls? I am in pain when I go to the toilet and haves the runs :/

All I’ve had that could cause it is energy drinks :/ (I’m kinda living off them and cigarettes)

Well, yea, if that’s all you are consuming then yes, it could cause you to have some problems when using the bathroom. That would be the case with just about any food or beverage if it was the only thing you were consuming. I suggest you start taking in a diet that consists of a variety of fruits and vegetables and meat and/or beans for protein.

yes they can, how many are you having a day? i think more than 2 can cause stomach and digestive problems, that and if your not having proper food too will not be helpful

Btw, drinking too many energy drinks can cause one to get an ulcer which is very painful and troublesome. I suggest you look into an alternative to your current dietary habits.

Well today I’ve had a litre and a half :/
Yesterday I went through around 3 litres

So on average around 2 litres a day for the last week and a half

They are generally rubbish.

Get some real food, or make yourself ill, your choice.

Energy drinks are terrible for your body. They’re nothing but sugar and caffeine. And having diarrhea for so long can, and will, lead to dehydration which will lead to much bigger problems. You need to be drinking water and eating real food. Otherwise, you will get sick.

Every drinks are meant to be daily things, they’re meant to be an every now and then boost. There are warnings on those things for a reason.

energy drinks contain caffeine, caffeine is a diuretic. that will absolutely affect your digestive system, and some people are very sensitive to them
and **** are just all round bad for you.
you cant expect your body to function well if youre not treating it right.
