Family help: I have surpassed my depression by my self, and i tell you all to think of things in all possible positive perspective. - Help.com

I have surpassed my depression by my self, and i tell you all to think of things in all possible positive perspective.

I had felt alone and abandoned if my family wasn’t with me but in all cases people with depression you must find your own path but you must make your own solid ground be your own support and others will show. I made my decision to quit medication and follow my own way to surpass my fears and sadness. I made my ground, and checked for what makes me. With that you must do something that breaks your bonds with the fear or unknowing and lay a foundation to yourselves and never let it lopside. You are the center of your own universe and therefore you can change it in to what you deem fit.

Optimism helps. If you’re 99.9% depressed and hopeless, you can focus all your attention on the .1% of life that is hopeful and enthusiastic. Pretty soon that is all there is, except that everything keeps changing, what randomly makes one happy today might randomly make them sad tomorrow.
