i need help i just have been realy down for a while.

i have a slight emotional disorder all of them ar extremely active. i used to be very agessive and passionate but some incidents caused me to have to take anger management but scince i just cant be passonate anymore. i have no will or want i need a focal point just to get up anymore myrecent breakup is not helping im hurting but i dont want anyone to worry so i hide it i need some help its hard for me to post this so ima be anonymous and im sorry for pushing my problems.

First you need to realise it’s over.
There are so many people that’s have exactly the same problem as you have.
Breaking up is hard and it takes time to recover.
You need to learn from it, what did I do right, what did I do wrong.
Also, you need to get a hobby that can take your mind from the breakup.

But talk with your freinds about the breakup, they will listen to you.

you have friends here … stop downing yourself - not one of us is perfect. That defeat attitude can be seen half a mile away and is what turns people off, cut it out

i actualy have no freinds LITERALY i dont talk to anyone i meet someone i become a freind but if i dont see them on a dayly basis i forget them so i have none i have no willpower to reach out this i can ionly do cuase nobody knows who i am

well sounds like you need to work on you - you don’t have to talk to the same person everyday - the world is full of people, places and things — most you don’t want to be bothered with, branch out yet again - look outside what you normally do - join a group, alateen, aa, na, church even, something that puts you around people your age - you’ll find you are not alone in your being alone - you sound a little angry and a little bullish - as in my way or no way, that’s not how the world works - change your attitude and that changes your view to start with -
