had a power outage.

when power came back on deep freeze would not get cold again and water cooler would not get cool. what happened? is it fixable

Could have been a spike, that is a power surge, do the freezer and cooler come on at all, what I mean is is it possible that the fuses have blown.

You may have tripped a circuit breaker. Check to see that the outlets they are using are working.
