Can you look for a job in some lower level of your career to buy the diploma and then look for the job you really want.

Write, call, or email the University. I don’t understand how they can hold your diploma if you still owe money, but I am sure it is different over there. I know when most people graduate from universities in the states they owe money. We owe on loans. Good luck, or look for another job as Doubletime suggested. Good luck.
