i cant take it.

i dont want to go on. i cannot feel or give any form of love or affection. feels like there is nothing inside of me and my whole life is a pretense.pls pls! somebody help me! i want to die

When you are feeling numb, it’s probably because you don’t want to feel anything and you’ve taught yourself not to feel things.

You might think you can just repress angry memories and feelings or sad memories and feelings… but you end up repressing any ability to feel emotions. If you’re repressing a lot of anger, you’re going to have trouble giving anything to anybody.

Try journalling out your thoughts… explore, doodle… any time you feel anything, write about it and push yourself to feel it
