I feel so unmotivated every single day, all i do is stay home and do nothing or go to school..
My doc wants to put me on pills for depression, but i don’t think taking pharmaceutical man made chemicals is the best option.. I just keep putting things off more and more because i feel so tired and just unmotivated almost every single day. I try to stay healthy and exercise when the times i actually feel motivated, but I slip back into my bad habits eventually and become lazy and useless. How do i feel more motivated and energetic/happy? i hate living like this right now and i don’t want to take pills for the rest of my **** life either.
I also think i am a little addicted to smoking weed and i don’t know if it’s making things worse for me. I’m trying to cut back on it now because the withdrawal symptoms i get from it sucks.
