And again at 41. And again at 42. And again at 43. At 105 you’d be pushing it….

Yes take a half life break and start from where you are at. That worked for me.

Midlife crisis? Or did you never get it right? Why do you want to start over?

Every moment is a brand new moment, and life is best when most refreshed, so it might help to eat fresh fruit and be here now. Some other things are good to restart too, like days are good starting in the morning. But some things that might seem like starting over are best seen as continuations — for example, jobs and career. The most popular career advice book on the market year after year is that “What Color Is Your Parachute” book, and the main theme is that the easiest and most effective way to get a job or change your career is to identify your actual experiences and skills, to work with what you’ve got to see what the most logical next step could be. Not to start over at all, but to more fully base your future choices on the lifetime of experience, skills, and values that you already have. It makes sense to me, both in the context of careers, and in doing something else with your life.

But dust builds up over a lifetime so you also would probably feel and see better after a shower or swimming in the ocean, also fresh fruit and being here now is healthy.

Good luck with your decisions and choices.
