May have had heartburn and a panic attack.

May have just had a panic attack.

If you are too worried then I suggest you go and see a doctor.

Heartburn Symptoms:

1)A burning feeling in the chest just behind the breastbone that occurs after eating and lasts a few minutes to several hours.

2)Chest pain, especially after bending over, lying down, or eating.

3)Burning in the throat — or hot, sour, acidic or salty-tasting fluid at the back of the throat.

4)Difficulty swallowing.

5)Feeling of food “sticking” in the middle of the chest or throat.

6)Heartburn may cause chronic cough, sore throat, or chronic hoarseness

Also it depends on how suddenly after eating the fast food that the problem occured. If it was like 1 to 5 minutes after than it was prolly heart burn. If it was like hours after then it may have been a combination of things. Could even be your body rejecting the food because it isn’t use to it.

There has been reports before that I’ve read that would talk about how a sudden change in diet is bad for humans (Like most animals too). In such a way that it’s noticible with things like diaharea, heart burn, stomach aches, headaches, and so on.

Salt causes increased blood pressure and that can show up in immediate symptoms, as can digestion itself as more resources are devoted to digestion than to other bodily processes. If you digest something that takes more resources than normal — like hard-to-digest greases when you’re used to eating some no-effort foods like carbohydrates — can cause noticeable symptoms when your body suddenly uses so much effort and resources to digest something. It takes resources (like blood) away from other functions and systems.
