to get into my banking–which i ws doing great ..Is any thing changed on the server or on the logging-in—i need to change or can you help me any…????thelma runyan ((email removed))

#1 i am not a guy—i am a 75 year old female–thank you—do you have any suggestions as to why i cannot log into my banking???????which i never had problems logging in for over 1 year…its only been the last 2 weeks now. do i need to change servers to my home town perhaps.???
