new tattoo idea just need a artist with skills to drawl it?

i was wanting a tattoo to symbolize my mom an dad an i found it my mom and both like elvis so i was going to get the gracland gates put mom on one side of the gates as elvis is fading on the other side put dad and a guitar fading an i wanted to put like music notes on the gates like he has if you can draw this up for me i’d be really appreciated

For free, I’d draw a stick figure giving a donkey labeled “Juggalo450″ the finger.

you know if you are an artist that is famous then the artwork would be alot more but charging somebody over 50 bucks then charging another 400 on top of the tattoo you may be good but your not that good like i said if you can read but i know you cant i ill say it again I KNOW NOTHING IN LIFE IS FREE EVERYTHING COMES WITH A PRICE i can say yes or no its that simple i don’t need your mothers permission to tell me or your daddy’s holding my hand as i make my decision but coming from a person who has gay pride as his icon i would run away from your shop cause your mother didn’t raise you right maybe you should go back to coloring color books and contrast on what im saying
