I dont know KG.

BUT.
1. If health websites say your not fat, then your health isnt in danger. So thats a positive.

2. If you feel fat, just eat healthier. DONT Diet if your already at a healthy weight.

3. What part of your body makes you feel fat? Alot of people tho think they re fat feel one part of their body is fat. Their stomach, their thighs etc. When you figure out that one body part that you REALLY think is fat… Work on it. You think your stomach is too fat… well do a FEW crunches or something everyday. (Dont over do it, your just keeping yourself healthy not trying to exaust yourself.

4. Fat by societies standards is different everywhere. Canada vs australia… america vs china… everyone has a different perspective of “Fat”. Dont base it on others. ESPECIALLY on the internet cause your gonna get alot of people from everywhere judging you based on their culture. Not yours.

5. Keep in mind muscle weighs more then fat.

Your BMI is 16,4 which is dangerously low… to have BMI 20 (which is really healthy)you’d have to weigh 40.4 kg.
