computer problems, Dell Inspiron 560, I’m not sure if i messed it up or not.
I was going to download something I believe that it came unplugged from the wall or maybe a virus hit it. Ever since then all I get on my screen is the light blue picture with a couple swirly lines through it might be a desktop screen I’m not positive. Its definately not black. But I’m not able to bring nothing up on it or not able to bring a tool bar or address screen and I’m not to experienced or have any reference material. Or books on the computer help, please !! ?????????
