How can I loss belly fat!

I have gained about 80 pounds seriously but I admit I do not look like I weight 230 but my belly is where 99.9% of the fat is store it seems like! Egh! Well I diet no soda or tea water only and I walk at least 3 times a week for a hour and I just started jumping rope usually about 500 jumps in 50s with like 20 sec breaks. Why is the weight not coming off! Like I said its mainly my belly and breast because my legs and butt are toned. Help lol

It takes time, you think your not losing any then suddenly it does.
Exercise more, cycle, run, anything!
Eat healthy, instead of choclate-fruit. Drink water.

Do not do painful diets!
My brother has lost approximately 40 pounds in three months with a special program. It dramatically improved his metabolism. So,it doesn’t work only for the first month or two.
It helps you to stay active , so you can go on cycling .People give it 5 stars because it can remove deposited fat quickly and no need to go on any painful diet.

There’s a really great article on this website about how this program helped a man to improve his metabolism and to throw out his bad habits for a very short time: http://tinyurl.com/bw6xbhd
