I can’t stop pulling out my hair

I’m afraid cause when I’m doing something like watching tv or anything I just start pulling out my hair, I’ve noticed this even when I’m in an argument of some type

I don’t even realize I’m doing it then there’s a pile of hair next to me -_-

I don’t wanna go bald! :(

Actually, you are by no means alone.

It’s something that a LOT of people suffer from and there are good support sites out there to help you cope.

You’ll find some videos about it on youtube too.

If this is troubling you, it’s worth writing down the name of this problem and discussing it with your doctor. See if he can put you in touch with a specialist therapy counsellor.

There’s a disease that causes people to do that. I have a friend who has it! You should talk to a doctor if you don’t think you can stop on your own.
