yesterday I could not send an email with a 38 page attachment.

Today I sent an email with a 5 page attachment, and only the first page went through.

I have cox high speed internet service, and ooma telo phone service

question is, which mail service are you using? there’s usually a limit on the file size that you can attach (e.g. 25 mb for Yahoo mail). It doesn’t matter if it is 5 pages or 500 pages as long as it does not exceed the size limit.

I always set up my own mail server that way I have full conrtol of it, zimbra free version is good, and you can pick your own domain name.

Yup. It’s unlikely your ISP or anything. Also, it can depend on what the format was you sent it in and what the person opening it actually opened it with.
