ok so i have this camera.
it has a 2 year garantee, and i’ve already sent it back once because it did not work, and they sent me a new one, it’s been quite a few months now but i turnt it on this morning and it froze and went black, so the lense is out and it won’t switch on.. i didn’t do anything wrong.
if i sent it back again, remember its like already used a year garantee, but could i send it back and them replace it? or try and fix it?
sorry im 15, not too smart about this stuff, HELP!
