does anyone know how to get your braces off early?

i’ve heard everything about it being such a small amount of time and it being worth it, but they’re making me slip back into depression. I’ve tried to be positive but i dont feel as though i can go through with this for another 14 months.

You’ll get them off when your teeth are straight so make sure you follow your orthodontist’s guidelines–wear your rubber bands, headgear, etc. If you follow her instructions, you’ll stay on schedule. If you don’t wear the rubber bands or whatever she says, you will prolong the amount of time that you have the braces on..

And braces have absolutely nothing to do with depression.. they aren’t “making” you depressed.. Suck it up kid.

I agree about how braces have nothing to do with depression. They are painful, I remember that. But depression is a different problem. Here’s a support group to help with that: http://www.dailystrength.org/c/Depres…
