dont drink to forget…drinking turns us into monsters…everyone is like dr jackyl and mister hyde…and alcohol is the dreaded potion

like *April* said, sleeping is so much better for you, it erases your memories and helps clear your mind.

dont turn to drink it wont help
i hope you feel better soon

how much do you have to drink to forget?

I’m sure I figured this out one time, but I don’t quite remember what the exact answer is. Like it just slipped out of my mind, I can’t quite recall. But if I remember I’ll try to let you know.

There isn’t any amount of drinking that can be done to avoid reality and life.

I’ve lived in some party zones, so, personal experience says that drinking shots causes you to forget. Just the whole rush of mind-alteration from high proof alcohol drives everything else from your mind. And people even use alcohol in general to get out of the somewhat useless neurotics of the ego and other high level thinking. But alcohol can be dangerous, and I don’t like it much.
Here’s a random idea, you could read along with and listen to some of these meditation audio things, thereby perhaps going into altered states where things don’t suck and also coping with live in a very conscious way, unlike the unconsciousness of alcohol.
Here’s the things I mean: http://www.withinsight.com/meditation/
