there are pain relief for arthritis. but it is important to at least get a proper check on how severe it is. the doctor will know the proper things needed to be done and the medication she needs. she might be allergy to something or drugs might react badly to her. only a certified doctor would know once he/she take a look at it.

Wearing a wrist brace might help a lot. I also read about something a while back that helped a lot of people, but I’ve forgotten what it is. If I remember, I’ll let you know.

The wrist brace definately helped me. They individually crafted it at the clinic to FIT. I also received a cortizone shot in each wrist just once and that made an amazing difference - however some people are not helped whatsoever. It’s worth the 10 seconds of pain though in my opinion to try.

i suggest you try provailen. it did and still does help me with my arthritis. it has some natural ingredients which have helped in no small measure like reishi mushrooms, tongkat-ali and capsaicin.
