write a c++ program to calculate the standard deviation from a given set of data in a text file.
read and store the data in an array. number of data in the file is not known but maximum sample size is 30. create user defined functions to implement the input and standard deviation calculation separately. your program should allow the user to repeat this process. do not use any pre-defined functions n the standard function library to determine standard deviation or average. Use constants to identify fixed percentages and value used. the program execution session should follow the example of the following interaction, where the input data file is in bold e.g. census1.dat. actual input in your implementation need not be bold.
