If your boyfriend/husband can pick you up and carry you across a threshhold, you’re not too fat.

If he cannot, he is either a weakling or you need to shed about 70 pounds.

If you look like a concentration camp survivor, you’re too thin.

I like skinny a lot. I really don’t see many people that I think are too thin. Almost everyone is overweight. If you have fat rolls you are REALLY too fat.
