I have Windows 7 and since I’ve had this laptop I CANNOT get the background to change.

I’ll right click, hit “set as background” and nothing happens. I’ve tried saving the image I wish to use as my background on my computer, opening it with paint and trying to set it as my background and nothing happens. Why is this? And how can I fix it?

if it’s the Win 7 starter edition, you can’t change it
