I can’t verify an account because I never receive help.com emails.

Everytime I try to get a password reset or verification email sent I never receive the email. I have a hotmail address, and I’ve checked the junk, deleted, and every folder. They just never show up.

What gives?

Have you whitelisted them? this is the process of checking your email spam folder, and if your in yahoo just clicking the not spam button, if you use Google Mail you can create a filter that keeps them from spam, you can use other clients like Mail.Com is a good one, and it is free.
