Hi I have this issue where in nervous situations I seem to lose all my common sense and act like an idiot.

Like today at work I felt like I couldn’t do anything right because of it. I had customers come in and I had to make shakes for the first time(this was my third day) basically in my mind i panicked and kept scooping the icecream wrong…after the first time I did it wrong I just got more and more nervous and it kept getting worse. I know that all of this worry is stupid…like I can clearly say that now but in the middle of the situation I can’t seem to deal with it…how can I overcome this worry and stop being so down on myself
