What do you think is the most fascinating era of history?

To me, it’s either the American Civil War or the Great Depression. At least for right now.

The Renaissance. The explosion of art and science, changed the world forever; not to mention the change in religion with the Reformation which happened around the same time. The world is a VERY different place because of the 15th and 16th century.

I guess because of the word “depression,” which is of course used in a different context.

To me the most fascinating time in history is the space age because before that everyone didn`t know really what the universe and our real place in it was. It brought forward positive changes like the microwave oven and the most fascinating picture that I know was made of the Earth and taken from the Moon.
