First make sure that when you are typing in your screen name and password that you are typing it in exactly the way you did when you registered. Email and passwords are case sensitive on pogo.com.
AOL & Pogo don’t seem to give a c**p about you once they have you signed up. I
Have hundreds of thousands of points but no password and little hope of finding out why. Had several million a while back but played them to no avail.
Have tried to get to them with their unuseable JAVA b.s. and all I got was a blank page that wouldn’t take type.
Their ads were screwing up too but no way to tell them and it would seem if they care just as little about their advertizers as they do us.
For people in the communications business they sure don’t do it very well or often

I have never had a problem with pogo not responding to me. I have been a club pogo member for two years I think, maybe more. If you send them an email under the help section, they will get back to you. It might take a day or two but they will.
club pogo i sent my money in to get pogo again this year and cant seem to get anyone to give me no help to find out were my member ship got off to please fine out for me cant get hooked up with my member ship wildcatsady

Post a replymy name is vicky miller my screen name was play brittney15 and my pass word was remington with my e-mail address of (email removed) myproblem is that i paid for ayear of club pogo on or around the 8th of may the amount of 39.99 came out of my bank account but i have not been able to play in club pogo under all of the information i gave you. so i changed my screen name to tenngrandma and my pass word is still remington with the same e-mail address but it is telling me that my 2 week free trial is almost up. Iwant to know what will happen to the money that i have already paid,can it just be transfered over to my new screen name. thank you vicky miller

Why pogo asking me to install sun java . Has soon I insall sun java all the game are loading very slow also playing all game very slow. To fix my problem I have to remove sun java then reinstall microsoft VM java Lucky for me I still have a installation file for VM java . One more think I like to had went playing game with the browser IE 6 screen resolution set to 800×600 you see the full page of game was soon you install IE 7 you have to set it two 1034×768. I like to keep my old machine up to date But i dont want to buy a new machine. Computer here pentium 4 cpu 2.40 mhz ram two stick of 1024 gb XP sp-3.But I with not install IE 7 or sun java. Many of my friend have the same proplem they calling me and asking me why my machine is so slow now. The reasson is because they said yes on that stupid pop up window on pogo asking if you like to install sun java they all said yes bad ideal. They cannot fix the problem Till they remove sun java and I send them my VM java file from microsoft to install.Why are we paying pogo to playing on line game and then asking us to install sun java and are mahine slowing down. Someone has to look at that problem if pogo keep asking me to install java went my machine is running much faster with Virtual machine fine. That pretty stupid and and I am not a genuis come on guys. i would like to know why i can’t get into the club pogo membership to play games. they are still taking $6.51 a month out of my banking accout. pleae respond quickly. maybe you can stop the banking or help me get back into the games. i have been sick so i haven’t played in awhile.
