I need some hw help and advice?
Our class theme is secret and we need to design a model or use a digital platform for my project. We can use any medium for the project. First I have to do research and create a powerpoint presentation. I talked about the emotions that are evoked by secrecy, history of secrecy like cryptography and ciphers.
I was thinking of doing something on exploration like discovering hidden secret and treasures.
I just need to finish the second part which is visual and material research
Then I need to talk about my visual research of the designs/images/artworks and find visual examples that are inspiring to me. Finally I need to gather materials from my research and gather materials swatches and samples that are inspiring to me, and are evoked by the theme. Is it recyclable, delicate, durable, warm, cool, transformed, able to transcend, what is it? I’m stuck on the materials part and would like to know what does this mean? How does this relate to exploration?
Can you guys give me some tips or ideas on what I can do to make it look interesting and creative? What kinds of materials should I use? I don’t get it because if I do edit video, then I do not know what kind of materials it is… o.0
