Any suggestions on how to relieve extreme stress in a constantly busy lifestyle?

Apparently I’ve developed a small eye twitch because of the amount of stress in my life, and it’s annoying the living hell out of me. Any ideas?

Take some time off and travel to the countryside. Surround yourself with a more peaceful and calm environment for a while.

I have suggestions arising from my having a one-track mind and the availability of free internet pron.. but would that be what you’re looking for? I dunno, and it doesn’t seem like people are using up the available bandwidth in order to answer your question.
Ya know, come to think of it, a dark room with some good classical or new-age music could help and you could check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brainwav…
.. I still like the idea of pron.

I had this problems about a month ago because I was studying my _ss off for an exam. Talk exactly 24 hours off to do whatever the heck you want to do without studying, rushing, answering work-related calls, bothering with things that have been annoying you. Just relax and enjoy yourself. The eye twitch is probably from eye strain so try treating yourself to a spa/facial massage where you can just relax with your eyes closed.

Either way it’s not permanent…mine was gone after 2 weeks LOL.
