Can you download files from the Internet without having Internet on your computer?

Wait a second before you call me stupid. If I connect a tablet that is connected to the pc could I transfer the files to the pc and download/install said files?

for the sake of simplicity lets say that the internet is a device.

you can only download from a device you are connected to.

if you are connected to a device, you can download files from that device.

if you are not connected to a device, you can not download files from that device.

You can transfer files between devices.

The only question about then would be if they’re compatible.

If they’re not compatible then you’ll have useless files on the second device.
